PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
CSF Foundation, a 501(c)3 is a national non-profit organization that provides aid, advocacy, and community resources to underserved, uninsured, low-income individuals who lack access to affordable health care and the fundamental means necessary for healthy living, together with its members, are committed to make a positive impact in the lives of our patients, their families, and the communities we serve as part of our core values. In order to further this mission, CSF Foundation may collect certain information from you through our website, including personal information (i.e., individual information that may be used to personally identify or contact you). Collection is done both actively (information you voluntarily submit to us) and passively (information automatically gathered from your computer).
ACTIVE COLLECTION
At several places on our websites, we collect certain information you voluntarily provide to us that may contain personal information.
