If you are struggling with food insecurities, need assistance paying for essential services (water, gas, and electricity), need assistance accessing local programs, or have any type of social need please contact our Marketing and Events Coordinator, Claudia Ramirez. She will refer you to available programs to aid your needs.
CSF Medical Non-Profit Foundation’s health services are only for medically uninsured individuals in need of access to health services, medical appointments with doctors and specialists, and life-saving surgical procedures.
If you do not have medical insurance and need an appointment with a specialist, you can apply to CSF Foundation.
CSF Foundation works with partners to provide x-rays, ultrasounds, MRI’s, CT scans, and other specialized services for uninsured patients. These services are offered at no charge or reduce cost.
