CSF Foundation is bringing for the first time to you a health fair geared towards results. As a foundation we have been to multiple health fairs; too many to count. As always, we encountered one problem. We questioned ourselves, why was there not a follow up with the guest that attended these health fairs? How sure are we they have been able to find a solution to their medical need?
CSF Foundation is bringing for the first time to you a health fair geared towards results. As a foundation we have been to multiple health fairs; too many to count. As always, we encountered one problem. We questioned ourselves, why was there not a follow up with the guest that attended these health fairs? How sure are we they have been able to find a solution to their medical need?
This event is family friendly and open to everyone. All are welcome to receive the free exams. We had Yoga, Tai Chi, and Zumba classes, music, food vendors and more.
