S.O.S. COVID-19 Financial Relief
S.O.S. COVID-19 Emergency Relief Initiative
CSF Medical Non-Profit Foundation, with the support of the Virginia and Alfred Harrell Foundation, created the S.O.S. COVID-19 emergency relief initiative to assist individuals with urgent needs.
This relief initiative was destined for:
Food:
- Basic food basket for a family
Utilities:
- Rent
- Water
- Electricity
- Gas
Necessities:
- Medical Necessities:
– Appointment with doctor/specialist
– Lab Exams
– Bill Chest X-Ray
– EKG – Electrocardiogram
– Ultrasounds
- Transportation and Lodging:
– Gasoline card
– Transport for medical appointments
– Hotel for medical appointments and/or surgery
S.O.S. COVID-19 Relief was intended to provide aid for basic necessities to low income, under-served individuals who lost their jobs or had their work hours reduced due to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), this initiative, although had limited resources and was a one-time aid assistance program, gave assistance to 49 families. CSF’s arduous work and the noble gesture of The Virginia and Alfred Harrel Foundation’s donation provided Financial Relief to these 49 families throughout California. We are proud to be a helping hand during these hard times. CSF will continue to “Share the Hope” in the community and strive towards providing resources to community members in need.
